We have therapists available in-person at our main location in Oakville, Ontario and provide virtual services across Ontario. We also have therapists available in our remote offices of Newmarket & Mississauga.

We have next-day appointments available and we’re open 7 days a week! Daytime, evening and weekend appointments are also available for those needing more flexibility.
To ensure that you are scheduled in for the date and time that is most suitable for you. We encourage you to always book at least 3 appointments ahead of time as the therapist's schedules can fill up very quickly.
Please note: Due to the high volume of appointment requests, and in order to avoid being charged for missed appointments, we kindly ask that you provide 48-hours notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. If you cancel more than 48-hours before the appointment, there is no charge — we can just rebook or see you at your next scheduled appointment. Anything cancelled within 48-hours of your appointment will be charged at the full session amount.
We understand that emergencies and extenuating circumstances happen. Please log into your Jane account or contact us as soon as possible if there is a change needed in regards to your upcoming appointment.
